So much going on, rush, rush, rush. It’s amazing how we can keep things together in this world we are living in. All the things we want, all the things we strive to achieve, all the fightings and the wars and confusion and so much more! But just stop for a moment, says John. Stop and smell the roses. Stop and pray. Slow down and think of what is really important!

Where is your focus? Slow down. Look at what is really important.
“8 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.”
When we seek and seek and seek the things of this earth then we are never fulfilled and even have a sense of death inside of us. But when we seek the things of the Spirit then we feel the very life of God within us.
I Samuel 8:6-9
6 But when they said, “Give us a king to lead us,” this displeased Samuel; so he prayed to the LORD. 7 And the LORD told him: “Listen to all that the people are saying to you; it is not you they have rejected, but they have rejected me as their king. 8 As they have done from the day I brought them up out of Egypt until this day, forsaking me and serving other gods, so they are doing to you. 9 Now listen to them; but warn them solemnly and let them know what the king who will reign over them will do.”
People are the same today as we were thousands of years ago. We all want to have what everyone else has. It does not seem to matter to us what the cost; we will pursue what everyone else has. It is better for us to be satisfied with what we have and be happy.

Here is as promised finally a solo project from myself, and I am sorry you had to wait so long my loyal listeners and friends, but this piece was so difficult, that I preferred to work on collabs for awhile, so in the meantime I had all the time to work on this piece in peace and harmony, so it would come out right as it should.
My intention was to write a libretto (for this piece of music) to give you an idea what this piece is about. Unable to find the proper words to text it properly, I did put it into this Ouverture, which I believe would tell you more, than I or any words could say.
Although It’s a little over 9,5 minutes, there are 4 stories (Symphony movements) going through the theme, and I’ll tell you a little about it briefly.
The title say it all, “Is this the world we’re living in” , we live in such a rush, that we forget our loved ones, our friends and the people who need our help because they are sick or just need our attention, and we live with thousand questions.
The Beginning of this piece starts with the world we’re living in right now, rush, hate, war and chaos.
Then it’s followed by the 2nd part it’s the attitude and vibe we should live in, peace and harmony, and the’re’s a follow-up that everybody can fill in their selves in what for them is more importend at this moment to accomplish their goals.
The 3rd part brings you back to this world and goes over to the 4th part wich bring harmony and peace what we really want, and it’s composed so that everybody can fill in their own words and needs, to be able to forget their worries, sorrows and pain, and finally find peace in their hearts and mind.
Or as Roy Rodriguez discribed it in his own words when he heard this piece:
at 70 seconds Very attractive...At 1:40 A new direction...3:12 Makes you realize it's kind of a dream,But not really....4:00 Moving closer to home...5:00 HOPE!!!! 5:55 Put The Armor On.....6:25 The Battle.... 7:15 Victory is close...8:00 Closer... 9:15 We Won...

What a great interview and wonderful to see my dear friend here, John Styles (OneVision Crossworlds) at last, who's music always touches the soul as he gives so much to us all ..... Thank you John!
