Salvation Prayer

Pray this from your heart:
Dear Heavenly Father God, I confess that I am a sinner.
I realize that I cannot save myself.  I also understand that I have no power of my own to change.
I believe that your only son, Jesus, was born of the Virgin Mary and came to the earth as a man.
He was fully man and fully God, and he lived a perfect sinless life.
I believe that he died on the cross for my sins.
He took the cross that I deserved and shed his own innocent blood for me, dying in my place.
I thank you for what you have done for me, for I realize that there is no other way that I could be saved.  You have done this for me because you love me.
Jesus, your word says that after 3 days you rose from the dead by your own power,
and because you rose I will also rise to live with you forever.
Jesus, you also said that you would not leave me alone but that you would send the Holy Spirit.
I ask right now that you fill and baptize me with your Holy Spirit and that I might walk in strength and power in you and never be alone.
I thank you my God for saving my soul, I thank you now for eternal life and for filling me with your Holy Spirit. I trust you and believe that you will now lead and guide me for the rest of my life.  I give my life and all my to you.
I pray all this and thank you that I am now saved, in the wonderful name of Jesus.
Amen!

Romans Road To Salvation
These scriptures in the book of Romans are called “The Roman’s Road to Salvation,” because they are the map of the steps to salvation that each of us face on our own with God.  We recognize and confess, receive and accept each step of the way.

Romans 3:23
23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

Romans 6:23
23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

Romans 5:8
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Romans 10:9
that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;

Romans 12:1-2
Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.
