We were ever so happy to listen to the things Karl had to talk about and how the wonderful lyrics of his song brought in such a deep discussion that covered many areas. We went off on a little trail in another discussion with some wisdom he shared from his life experiences and then Karl told us even more. He spoke of how he’d spent the first 30 years of his life denying God and described himself as a very left-wing atheist. Then unexpectedly he had an encounter with God that changed his life. He talked about how he feels that we have made things so complicated, including finding and following God. He said if we just look for God with all our heart then we will find him and that God has made it that way for us. If we truly seek him and his truth then the relationship will happen and love will see us through. We are sure you will enjoy the wonderful conversation we had with Karl over his song,“This Night.”

God is always calling out to us, but do we listen?
Proverbs 16:25
“16 There is a way that seems right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”

“24 Because I have called and you refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded..”
Too often we let ourselves stay in decisions and think they are alright and we ignore the voice of our conscious. These things cause death inside of us, death in our bodies and spirits because they eat away and they also draw us away from the living God.
Psalm 50:21
“21 These things you have done, and I kept silence; you thought that I was altogether such an one as yourself: but I will reprove you, and set them in order before your eyes.”
We all try to put God in our own box and say he is like this or he is like that, but one day he will let us all know straight, and I believe that in our bones now we know if we are on the right track or not. We ever have peace inside or fear. When we are seeking God with our whole heart then we feel his peace.

“2 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:.”
Could you believe in Him? When you do and receive Him then you become a child of God.

“18 Pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall.”
We each are subject to the thoughts that we believe we have the right answers. Some of us are so stubborn that we will not move on what we believe in our minds. Will we come down from our pedestal and join the dance?
John 14:27
“15 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
Always look to God. He is the One who loves us and saves us.

“1 The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?.”
John 16:33

We can face everything in life and not fear when we walk with and trust the Lord.

“1 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”
Manasseh said it best; you would not drive your car at night in the dark without lights, so why would you walk through this life without the light shining? The true light shines in our lives through the Word of God that we understand by the Spirit of God from the one true loving God through His Son Jesus Christ.
